Low Fat Peanut Chaat
Ingredients:
- Raw Peanuts with Shell (250 gm)
- Sea Salt 1/2 tsp
- Ginger 1/2 Inch (Grated)
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 Tomato Chopped
- Green Chilies Chopped
- Fresh Coriander
- Chat Masala,Roasted cumin powder and salt to taste
- Half lemon juice
Directions:
- Pressure-cook the peanuts in five cups of water with sea salt and grated ginger about four to five whistles.
- Drain and Shell them.
- Take the peanuts in a bowl.
- Add salt, Chat Masala,roasted cumin powder, onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt & mix well.
- Serve hot or cold.
