Ingredients:
- 2 Cup Oats ( roasted or ready to eat )
- 1/2 Cup low fat curd
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil
Directions:
- Soak oats into 1/2 cup warm water for 3-5 mins.
- Add curd and mix it well to prepare a batter.
- Add Salt to taste.
- Heat up the pan and put 1/4 teaspoon olive oil on it.
- Pour the batter into the pan &
Use about 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
- When the top side is bubbly and puffed up, and the underside is brown, turn the pancake.
- Brown the second side and transfer to a plate.
Ingredients
- 3 Medium Tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Chopped green chilies
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander for garnishing
Directions
- Boil 1/2 liter water and cut the cap of tomatoes.
- Blanch tomatoes and Peel off.
- Deseed & roughly chop tomatoes.
- Now Heat up the pan on a low temperature.
- Add chopped onion, chilies and crushed garlic with 2 Tsp water and pinch of salt.
- Cook until it softens.
- Add tomatoes and let it cook for 3 mins.( add water if feels dry)
- Add salt to taste and garnish with fresh coriander leaves at last.
